STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT AND WAYS OF IMPROVING THE SYSTEM OF CORPORATE PLANNING AT THE ENTERPRISE

The article describes the stages of development and ways of improving the system of corporate planning at the enterprise. Stages in the development and implementation of the planning system in the organization are presented graphically in the form of an algorithm. It was concluded that the implementation of the plan should be regarded as an indivisible process, with the universal order of the planning process there, some steps can be interchanged depending on the specific nature of the organization
