Abstract
The article shows that the behavior of the personnel, the level of professionalism has a great influence on the profit of the enterprise sphere of hospitality. Professional culture specialists in the sphere of hospitality includes the capacity for continuous learning and self-education. It is proved that the focus of hospitality management companies should be given to the development and implementation of innovative programs of training and professional qualification of the staff.
