Abstract

The economy's capital consists of financial capital (reproducible and non-reproducible assets), financial capital and human capital. The following components of human capital can be distinguished: physiology (health), intellect (knowledge and skills), organizational aspects (ability and control). Authors is important to consider the human capital development in the context of the genius and creativity of the individual. The genius is a system-defined factors for mandatory action of the Central integrative, spiritually-semantic determinants, active and creative "I". Selected: the evolutionary theory of genius and creativity, hereditary theory, the theory of the psychophysiology of the brain, alogena theory, the theory of self, theory of impressing, kulturarena theory. The formation of genius is in the course of his creative life and represents a certain ideal trajectory that at each time step is plotted as the optimal interaction of the individual with the world, parents, teachers, immediate professional surroundings, society and world culture.
