FUNCTIONALITY AND DESIGN AS A BASIS FOR IMPROVEMENT DESIGN OF FURNITURE

Under the influence of factors such as simplicity and manufacturability were established for the design of one of the pieces of furniture - a three-door chest of drawers. But over time factors are changing. The paper shows that with the advent of the new conditions of production, technology, performance and aesthetic requirements of the consumer should be changed and the product design, to increase demand and expand markets.
