Abstract
The article deals with the ontology engineering technical device reveals its anthropological and socio-cultural background. The question about the possibility of designing a robot as a human being displayed in a technical device. Design is not a purely technical fields of human activities. It concluded anthropological sense of intellectual activity in the technical sciences and its development. It defines the socio-cultural reality of engineering creativity, because initially focused on the interaction between man and technology.
