Abstract
The article is devoted to the issue date, the training of human resources in Russia today. The study revealed that the solution to this problem is to improve the higher education system of the Russian Federation, as well as in the implementation of innovation in enterprises human resources management practices and the creation of necessary conditions for most full-time commitment and the intensive development of employees' potential.
