AXIOLOGICAL TRIAD OF CONSTITUTIONALISM: THE PROBLEM OF PAIRING

This article is devoted to the study of contemporary problems pairing the axiological triad of constitutionalism. The authors believe that constitutionalism, appearing in the era of its inception and formation as a result of the development of Western liberal social, philosophical and political thought today was formalized in an independent system, in which different social philosophies, in particular, liberalism, radicalism and conservatism, assume the character of a very utilitarian ideological reflection of the attitudes and motives of the ruling elites in politics. The paper investigates the ideological and value bases and installation of constitutionalism. The article analyzes the concepts of ideology, power, constitutionalism, political mentality, their ratio. The authors examines the phenomena of culture of constitutionalism, which in operation is opposed to and is delimited by the concepts of legal culture, culture of state power and political culture.This article was used by a number of methods of scientific research, in particular: historical, formal-logical, comparison, analysis and synthesis.
