MODERNIZATION OF THE LOGISTICS SYSTEM OF A TOURIST COMPANY IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE MANAGEMENT OF TOURISM FLOW

Conducted research in the field of tourist business has identified the need to modernize the logistics system of a tourist firm based on the application of market-based instruments, marketing and logistics. Modernization of the logistics system has improved the quality of customer service, which in modern conditions is relevant in order to attract tourists. The latter, in turn, positively affects the level of socio-economic factors of the region.
