Abstract
In the conditions of economic instability and high level of the competition, a problem of work incentives of personnel and motivational policy of the enterprise in general are urgent for most the enterprises as development and deployment of effective system of stimulation of employees of the enterprises will allow to improve the intra-corporate environment, promotes creating favorable conditions for self-development of workers and to achievement of strategic objectives of the enterprise. Therefore in this article methods of stimulation of personnel in modern conditions, their forms and function are considered.
