Abstract
The crossing of Simmental cows with the bulls-producers red-and-white Holstein breed contributes to the crossbred offspring with higher milk yield with no significant decrease in the content of fat in milk. It is established that with increase of krovnosti up to 75% on improving the breed milk yield increases.
