ANALYSIS OF CHANGES IN THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS MARKET, IN TERMS OF ENSURING CITIZENS' RIGHTS OF ACCESS TO INFORMATION

In this regard, for consideration was adopted bill "On Amendments to the Federal Law" On Communications "and other legislative acts of the Russian Federation, providing access to information rights of citizens" will allow telecom operators to place equipment and communication cables in the common areas of apartment buildings exclusively for the provision of telecommunications services to tenants of the house without the need for approval by 2/3 of the owners of the premises of an apartment building. This will ensure the realization of the constitutional rights of tenants to access information.
