Government of the Russian Federation gave the task to organize a passenger shipping between the Russian Black Sea ports already in 2017. Unfortunately experience of maritime passenger transport between the ports of the Black Sea lost in the last 25 years, since the collapse of the Soviet Union into separate sovereign states. We can not agree with some skeptical forecasts that the operation of passenger ships in the Black Sea lines will not be profitable.
