Abstract

The rule of law in establishing limits of constitutional rights and freedoms of person they are citizens in the Russian Federation is one of the most significant tasks of the competent authorities, since the results of this process are a reflection of the practical implementation of the principle of priority of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the Russian Federation.
