Abstract

The calculated spectral dependence of complex refractive index, absorption coefficient, the maximum efficiency factor of absorption and the appropriate radius for nanoparticles of copper oxide in a vacuum. It is shown that the absorption coefficient decreases continuously with increasing wavelength in the range from 400 nm to 1200 nm, the value of the efficiency factor of absorption features in this spectral range absolute maximum with coordinates: 1.87 for the radius of the nanoparticle 115.7 nm and the wavelength of 725 nm. The results for optimization of actuators on the basis of copper oxide.
