Abstract
In modern management the increasing value is purchased by motivational aspects. The motivation of personnel is a fixed asset of ensuring optimum use of resources, mobilization of the available human resources. The main objective of process of motivation is a receipt of the maximum return from use of the available human resources that increases overall performance and profitability of the company. Feature of personnel management upon transition to market economy is increase in a role of the identity of the worker. Problems of motivation of personnel widely is considered in scientific and publicistic literature today.
