Abstract
The article analyzes the problem of the termination of a service contract in the Civil Service in the Russian Federation in connection with the loss of confidence in the employer's representative civil servant in cases of non-compliance with the restrictions and prohibitions, requirements on the prevention and settlement of conflict of interest and dereliction of duty. Subsequently analyzed the position of contemporary Russian scientists on the problem.
