Abstract
The effectiveness of human resource management is determined by the degree of realization of common objectives of the enterprise. The effectiveness of the use of each employee depends on his ability to carry out its functions and responsibilities. At the same time we must not forget about the motives by which these functions and duties shall be discharged. Because the human factor is a very complicated subject of management, evaluation of management effectiveness of personnel is very relative. To justify the options to increase the economic efficiency of personnel management in the trade enterprises have been the author to focus on areas that are most affecting the personnel of the enterprise, on the one hand, and requires minimal costs, on the other.
