CURRENT TRENDS OF CRIMINAL PENAL LEGISLATION

This article presents an overview of scientific publications on the problems of criminal and penal legislation and its practical application. Three are disclosed issues of the evaluating system of the behavior of convicts, their penal and post-penal support. Particular attention is paid to the serving of the sentence of imprisonment for convicted minors. There are considered the problems of international penal law relations.
