Abstract
In this article the main positions of the convicted women, which have children in Russian Federation are covered. The stages of criminal and executive system~s policy in relation of convicted women with children from 1930-s till our days are analysed. Recommendations about improvement the situation with convicted women, having children are given. A social patronage of the families of the former convicted women with children are recommended.
