RESEARCH OF THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK IN THE AREA OF EMISSION ACTIVITY OF DOMESTIC COMPANIES

This article describes the main regulatory sources of the Russian Federation, used in corporate financing by issuing securities of the companies. In addition to the content of the legal framework, in the article also identified the main problems of the domestic securities market, preventing widespread of financing enterprises with emission method, as well as the main directions of its improvement to eliminate actual negative trends.
