Planning – “one of the functions of management, which is a process of choosing the organization's goals and ways to achieve them”, that is, the function related to the definition of the goals and objectives of the organization and the resources needed to achieve these goals. Planning, in fact, it is one of the ways by which the user provides a single direction of the efforts of all members of the organization to achieve its overall goals.
