BIRTH AND DEATH RATES IN BASHKORTOSTAN

The article is devoted to the study and analysis of one of the basic demographic processes - fertility in the Russian Federation, the study of its key indicators and trends. The excess of deaths over births, since 1992, often evaluated as depopulation, ie the extinction of Russia, made according to various sources, from 700 thousand. up to a million people a year. The article examines the factors affecting the birth rate in Russia, analyzes and dynamics of the birth rate in the whole of Russia and separately by Federal Districts of the Russian Federation examined the demographic policy in the field of fertility, and also analyzed the demographic forecast until 2030. The paper draws conclusions about the effectiveness of government measures to stimulate the birth rate in Russia.
