CREATING A MULTI-COMPONENT MODEL OF COMPETENCE-BASED APPROACH

This article describes how to create a model of the formation of the competence approach from different angles. This explains various areas of the school, studying this direction. A special feature is a focused approach in the formation of the manager model, which is aimed at forming the knowledge and skills that are dictated by the market and therefore needs of the employer.
