SEMANTIC ANALYSIS OF SOME PREPOSITIONS AND POSTPOSITIONS WITH SPATIAL SEMANTICS IN ENGLISH AND BASHKIR LANGUAGES

In the article considered the multiple meaning of some spatial prepositions and postpositions in English and Bashkir languages. If English is the language of Indo-European languages, a characteristic feature is the use of a preposition, in the Bashkir language the same syntactic function is performed by auxiliary parts of speech – postpositions, which are used as a postpositional element. In English, the variation of the values of spatial prepositions appear to be greater than polysemy of postpositions in the Bashkir language.
