Abstract
In the crossing of cows of black-pied and red steppe breeds with the bull of Holstein breed in the resulting crossbred offspring increased milk yield and technological properties of the udder. While the Holsteins steers is not reduced meat yield. It is established that with increase of krovnosti up to 75% on improving the breed studied, the signs have a tendency to increase.
