THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF A SMALL ENTERPRISE (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "GERKON")

The authors propose a complex of measures on improvement of the enterprise development strategy as the basis for the preservation of its competitive position. The article provides theoretical substantiation of strategy of development of small enterprises substantiates the economic feasibility of the proposed strategy.
