Abstract
In modern conditions of instability and unpredictability of the environment there is a need to use effective tools for conducting business in the service sector. One such tool is the integrated marketing communications. At the same time, there is a problem of formation of the integrated marketing communications (IMC) at the enterprises of hospitality.
