INVESTIGATION OF THE DYNAMICS OF DEVELOPMENT AGRICULTURE SECTOR

For Russia as for other countries, the issue of food security is relevant. Agriculture provides the population with food and processing industry - raw materials. More than half of goods consumed is produced from the final product of agriculture. As a consequence, it is necessary to recognize the strategic importance of the efficiency of the industry, from which depends directly on the level of welfare of the population. Food security of the country, as part of its national security, acts as a guarantee of stability needs of the population in food. The article analyzes the dynamics of the industry took s-ture in Russia, employment and the share of agrarian industry in the gross domestic product, as well as compared to the overall state of the industry in Russia and in some European countries. The decision of the agrarian problem is a priority of economic theory. agriculture must be managed through specialized structural units of the general government, with the transfer of the powers of the nature of the industry, which is likely to allow agricultural enterprises to increase the level of industrialization: to provide equipment, improve the methodology for the use of chemical fertilizers. Technical equipment, improvement of agriculture farms will lead to greater self-reliance of the country's agricultural products.
