SYNDROME OF A SYNDROME OF «MENTAL BURNOUT» AS THE FACTOR DETERMINING DEVELOPMENTS OF NOT NORMATIVE PROFESSIONAL CRISIS AT TEACHERS

In given article, on the basis of the analysis of theoretical and empirical researches on a problem of syndrome «mental burnout» attempt to consider it from essentially new positions - as the factor determining developments of not normative professional crisis is undertaken. The author considers general characteristics of a syndrome «mental burnout» and not normative professional crisis. The objective and subjective factors provoking development of a syndrome of «mental burnout» and as consequence, not normative professional crisis are determined. In conclusion of article prospects of the decision of a problem of the warning and correction of a syndrome of «mental burnout» and professional crisis are planned.
