Abstract
When solving a problem with rational processing of meat and meat products, important to the efficiency of comminution processes, which is determined by the quality of the raw material, perfection of structures of the grinding machine, the technical condition and level of performance. The paper describes a new technology for manufacturing the working parts of the chopper of meat products.
