Abstract

The article discusses the biological features of the young organism to the intensive growth of body tissues and efficient conversion of feed protein to body protein and the same amount of feed to produce more beef. Proven to raise a calf to 400 pounds in 2.5 years, it takes about 4000 K/units to achieve this weight at the age of 18 months is sufficient 3000 feed units, in 15 months - to 2400/unit for 12 months - 2000/unit. Therefore, while intensive feeding for the same amount of feed can be produced in 1.5-2 times more meat, so as to maintain the vital processes of the animal is spent much less energy.
