Abstract
This article seeks to examine the effect of the organization of government in the children's collective, as a method for the younger generation of socialization. The experience of creating the conditions in which the child becomes not an object, but as an active subject of the pedagogical process. To create a successful model of child samoupravleniya- certain collective lever of children, it is important to know the theoretical foundations of government in general.
