Abstract
At present, the domestic passenger shipping in the Black Sea region is in an unstable state due to the extension of international sanctions. If the pre-crisis 2013 was announced in 2014. More than 220 cruise ship only in Yalta port, then in 2015 in the Black Sea from the Bosphorus had gone no more than 7 passenger ships. It is therefore necessary, using the capabilities of the Black Sea passenger shipping market, pay close attention to the development of the domestic passenger shipping between the ports of the region. Given the seasonality of passenger traffic, it is important to assess the degree of stability in the organization of the passenger fleet.
