Abstract
In article basic approaches to the choice of the most effective investment projects on the basis of application of static and dynamic methods and indicators of an efficiency evaluation of business plans of investment projects are considered. But as these methods is characterized by a significant amount of shortcomings, in work also alternative methods which these shortcomings are deprived are considered.
