THE ORGANIZATIONAL FEATURES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND DEPARTMENTAL STATISTICAL STRUCTURES IN THE XIX - EARLY XX CENTURY. (ON MATERIALS OF WESTERN SIBERIA AND THE STEPPES)

This article discusses the organizational features of administrative and departmental statistical structures in the XIX - early XX century. within the territorial boundaries of Western Siberia and the Steppes. In this area we highlight the statistical department of the Siberian Cossack troops, departmental accounting Altai district in Kabinetskih lands submitted part of a departmental record keeping and statistical departments of the resettlement areas.
