Abstract
Work experience of staff in the organization depends largely on the efficiency of the implementation of motives, including both tangible and intangible. In today's business environment is the most efficient synthesis of these two species. Among non-financial incentives productive and relatively new is gamification, which involves not only the involvement of employees in the labor process, but getting them satisfaction from their activities, and therefore the final performance of the organization.
