Abstract
Use and protection of land and other natural resources, affects the interests of countries and regions, business entities and individuals. In the Russian Federation, the Constitution stipulates that land resources are used and protected as the heritage of the population living in the territory. Thus emphasizes the enduring role of land in the public life.
