INTERNATIONAL SANCTIONS AND RUSSIAN ECONOMY

The article investigates the views of a number of Russian scientists on the market economy in the standard sense. In this respect, legally form a new view of the international economic sanctions against the Russian economy. With thoughtful consideration of the problem, we can conclude that as a result of economic sanctions, Russia has a real opportunity to make a breakthrough in the development of the national economy is not at the expense of the mining industry, and through the development of existing industrial potential.
