PROBLEMS OF PROPERTY RIGHTS REGISTRATION FOR LINEAR EXTENDED OBJECTS

The problem of linear objects legal regulation is still one of the most difficult ones in urban development and land legislation of R.F. The lack of efficient uniform normative legal regulation and the resulting practice hinder urban and investment development of the territories and their improvement. The author puts forward the problems resulting from the poor legal regulation of linear objects. The existing legislation and practical approaches are analyzed. Uniform approach to the cadastral registration and state registration of rights are considered. Some changes for the existing legislation are offered.
