Abstract
Pedagogical worker is a special subject of labor relations. The specificity of his work leaves its mark on those offenses for which it may incur in disciplinary liability. This article examines the problems of labor discipline of the teaching staff.As well as possible paths of action, in case of disagreement with the assigned disciplinary action.
