PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF PREVENTION AND RESOLUTION CONFLICT IN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

The article describes the main causes of conflicts in educational organization and ways to overcome them. Clarifying the stages of conflict resolution in interpersonal interaction. We present a set of psycho-pedagogical conditions necessary for the prevention and constructive conflict resolution in educational organization associated with the creation of an atmosphere of cooperation, the establishment of friendly interpersonal interaction; the use of modern methods, means and forms of training and education, contributing to the development of reflection skills, of building communication skills, of conflict resolution skills,reduce of negative emotions.
