Abstract
Expert systems have been successfully applied in areas where in addition to the use of standard algorithmic techniques based on exact calculations on existing knowledge and experience of specific experts and analysts, and decision-making is formed under conditions of incomplete data and depends more on qualitative than quantitative assessments.
