Abstract
The article studied the influence of paratypical factors on meat productivity, meat quality and feed bulls of different breeds. Change meat productivity of calves of Simmental breed under different feeding level of up to 18 months showed that castrated males with high feeding level was higher than live weight of young animals with a low level of 8.2%, gave meat and fat more than 2.1 times, and protein yield and fat from carcasses was superior to 2.5 times. A similar pattern is set for growing and fattening meat calves of black-motley breed.
