Abstract
Implementation of web-based information system provides more efficient work of the advertising company by automating key business processes when interacting with clients and online promotion of advertising services to attract new customers. The requirements for construction and implementation of effective web-oriented information system for a small company with minimum cost determines the feasibility of selecting as the basis the content management system CMS, in particular, "1C-Bitrix ". The functionality and content of the website and its correct structuring, ease of navigation and design directly affects the interests of visitors and the influx of new customers. The client database allows the advertising company to create an effective system of interaction with its customers.
