THE ART OF LAW ENFORCEMENT IN THE BEGINNING OF SOVIET ERA

This article is devoted to analysis of the law enforcement activity in the first years of the Soviet state in the context of the topic of the 10th Philosophical and legal readings in memory of academician V. S. Nersesyants «Law Enforcement as an art and science». The author formulates his understanding of this topic on the example of the historical experience of Soviet Russia which shows the example of free, «creative» component in the post-revolutionary law enforcement, when the leadership of revolutionary consciousness determined the style of thinking and behavior of law enforcers.
