Abstract

This article is dedicated to the questions of application of gaming technologies to fulfill the task of improving financial literacy of the students. The author shows the concept of economic-mathematical didactic games and is giving examples of appliance of such games in the international and Russian practice. Special consideration is given to the features, which those games should have, which are developed for the students who are living in dormitories. The main advantage of such games is the possibility to create some skills of an effective financial behavior of the students by using theoretical and mathematical basics of economical processes.
