CURRENT STATE AND PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SPORTS TOURISM IN THE ALTAI TERRITORY

The article considers the current state and prospects for the development of sports tourism in the Altai Territory. The development of tourism in the province is accompanied not only by the holding or participation in certain events, exhibitions and forums, but also by the creation of tourist brands. The organization and development of sports tourism in the Altai Territory are engaged in both public organizations and sports clubs. Due to the natural features of the region, sports tourism develops and is represented practically by all its subspecies: mountain, water, pedestrian, moto and bicycle tourism, speleotourism.
