SOME ASPECTS OF PROTECTION OF NON-PROPERTY RIGHTS AND LEGITIMATE INTERESTS OF CHILDREN LEFT WITHOUT PARENTAL CARE BY THE GUARDIANSHIP AND TRUSTEESHIP DEPARTMENT ON EXAMPLES OF MATERIALS OF OMSK MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF OMSK REGION

The issues of family organization of orphans and children left without parental care, namely, guardianship, guardianship, adoption and deprivation or restriction of parental rights, are now very relevant for Russia. And the protection of non-property rights and legitimate interests of children left without parental care by the guardianship authorities is perhaps the most burning issue. In this paper, the example of the Omsk Municipal District of the Omsk Region will show how work is carried out to protect the rights of orphans.
