THE CURRENT STATE OF THE CRIMINAL LAW POLICY TO COUNTER ECONOMIC CRIME

This article is devoted to the current state of the criminal law policy to counter economic crime in Russia. Listed direction penal policy, analyzed the statistical data on the state of crime in the economic sphere, the results of a poll among the residents of the city of Omsk on the decriminalization of crimes in the sphere of the economy, given the views of law enforcement officers on the liberalization of punishments for economic crimes. On the basis of the provisions of the regulations have been allocated the most significant aspects of the areas of penal policy to counter in the economic sphere.
