ACTIVITY OF THE CORATOR OF THE DEPARTMENT FOR ADAPTATION OF THE COURSES OF YOUNGER COURSES IN THE MILITARY UNIVERSITY OF THE TROOPS OF THE NATIONAL GUARDS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The problem of curatorial activity in education is conditioned in the social and cultural reality. The article deals with the activity of the curator, his pedagogical position, which is directly related to the educational system in the military higher educational institution, based on the cognitive interest and inclination of the students. It is shown that the responsibility of the curator is to create the necessary conditions for the appearance of an educational result, and the understanding that this result is more dependent on the learners themselves. The optimal directions of the pedagogical influence on the process of the student's adaptation to the new situation are considered. Using the technology of curatorial support of the cadet's educational activity promotes the development of the student's flexibility of thinking, the removal of existing psychological barriers and the emergence of a productive, creative level.
